Bleu-Blanc-Cœur is a healthy farming association (under the French law of 1901). It organizes all the links of food chain from producers till consumers in order to improve the nutritional and environmental quality of our food.
The aim of the association is to support farmers as they change their breeding and animal feeding practices.
The association relies on more than 200 scientific studies out of which 5 human clinical studies demonstrate the validity of its concept.
Bleu-Blanc-Coeur concept is recognized for its nutritional and environmental interests by experts from the French ministries of health, agriculture and environment.
